A Turning Point: The Grenfell Tower Fire
On June 14, 2017, a tragic high-rise fire engulfed Grenfell Tower in North Kensington, West London. This incident marked a turning point. The government swiftly initiated an independent review, revealing that the regulatory framework governing high-rise residential buildings was inadequate. It was evident that a new era of building safety was imperative.

With years of closely collaborating with fund management companies, we recognised the immediate risk faced by our clients' building portfolios. They needed a partner to comprehend, strategize, and execute actions in response to the government's interventions.
Established: Unite Facades
Drawing upon our extensive construction expertise, we embarked on specialising in addressing fire remediation for buildings with non-compliant façade material, and in 2019 Unite Facades was founded.
