Following the successful completion of the Façade Remediation Works, Host Student Accommodation contracted Unite to carry out a programme of refurbishment works to the student apartments at Hope Street.
A full survey of all 362 rooms was carried out by our survey team, identifying areas of improvement required.
Many of the apartments had experienced water damage due to deficient plumbing, left undiscovered for some time, along with repairs and decorations.
Due to the extent of the water damage, some rooms required the timber floors to be removed and replaced, bathrooms re-fitted and new floor finishes.
Works were carried out in sequence to limit the disruption to occupied areas, with close coordination with the Host site team.
