*EDIT* The works involved will involve the removal of the existing Rendered EPS insulation from the building façade and replace with a 'like for like' non-combustible Render solution.
We will also remove the existing metal rainscreen giving us a view of the junction details to ensure the vertical and horizontal fire compartment are maintained where this is directly adjacent to areas of rendered façade.
In window locations where there are grey metal rainscreen panels within the rendered façade, these panels are to be temporarily removed to enable removal of existing PIR insulation and replaced with Rockwool insulation ensuring the horizontal fire stop are located at the correct location with replacement where required.
