The scope of work consists of the removal of existing horizontal and vertical timber cladding system and support rails on all building elevations to enable the removal and replacement of all existing fire barriers and replace with new.
The existing aluminium spandrel panel will be removed and replaced with a non‑combustible alternative that closely matches the original colour and appearance, preserving the building’s current appearance.
